No they will stay with the guy they feel safe with. If you make them feel unsafe and have a negative attitude they will want to leave you for a guy with a positive attitude. You have to show confidence in the relationship in order for them to want to stay. They will always pick the safe option which is the guy they know won't leave. Sure they will fuck a guy because he's cute, but that's usually only in their 20s.
