Equal. Cheating is cheating. If you are willing to do one you are willing to do both. The pain that comes from getting cheated on isn't from the fact that your partner had a sexual/romantic relationship with someone else. It comes from the betrayal. If you give someone your whole heart and you thought you had theirs but they are willing to just throw you away it can cut deep.

with emotional it depends on the context on how those emotions are with the person you are with and those who get the other emotions.
