Is he terrible if every time he is mad he said its MY house, get out?

Hi everyone,
my boyfriend was planning for a while to take us to disneyland tomorrow, also we just moved in together. He was mad that I interrupted him on the phone which he does all the time actually and I wasn't aware I was doing it and was sorry but he got super mad and started being rude and giving me attitude. he got super angry at me interrupting him and hung up on me so I texted him that he is acting stupid and he needs to stop and when i called him back he barked at me "you are going to not call me the rest of the day and if you even call me once we are not going tomorrow", wow. I ended up calling him to try to say sorry for interrupting and mediate things, and he lashed out and said "OK we aren't going now" and starting spewing other hurtful things, he told me "just pack your shit and get out of MY apartment" (keep in mind I am the one who found this apartment and I pay half the rent even though he is the one on the lease, since he wanted to move in a few weeks before I was able to come be here) and "I don't care about you" "I don't love you" etc saying super hurtful and nasty things. He does this every time he is mad at me lately, even calling me a cunt recently when he was pissed at something I said. what is your opinion of this guy?

He is a complete ass. It is not going to get any better with that kind of temper and attitude. He owes you an apology. Unless the sex with him is absolutely incredible and makes it worth to stay with him I'd dump his ass you can do way better. What are your thoughts?

He sounds like a piece of crap, but it is his house. Legally speaking if your name's not on the paper, you have no right to it. And that's why you don't move in together with someone without proper documentation.

agreed but i am also paying for half. is your advice to ultimately stop paying and leave? I did not want to get on the lease, for this exact reason among a few others; in case i needed to leave him i have heard to not just get on a lease with someone because it can get tricky as i can be held responsible for the rent. i do understand your point tho you are right i more so think in a relationship you share things and if you love the person will say it is your place together especially if they are actually paying for half and contributing.

I definitely think you should leave and stop paying rent. I agree with what you were saying for people who are married, but for boyfriend and girlfriends the relationship is so illdefined and there are no percussions for breaking off the supposed commitment. So I never advise people to put much financial investment into someone they are not married to or about to be married to.

Leave and never look back , it's going to hurt and suck for abit but you will safe yourself in the long run seems to be of abusive nature , reattach yourself and be free , and empower yourself

I laughed so hard at this for a second bcus of the way you said it but it's not a joke. he literally has a fucking shotgun in the apartment on the floor in a case and the gabby petito thing did not randomly happen, if the guy cannot control his emotions and can bring himself to say such disgusting things when he is mad then i dont think in a moment of pure rage he would hesitate to purposely or unintentionally hurt me. it is disgusting. he has normalized it, and i found out that his parents actually had an abusive relationship.
