Do you have someone who's obsessed with you but you don't feel the same?

There is this girl who is obsessed with me. I have to friendzone her almost every day cause I'm simply not into her. I'm trying to be nice but she won't get the message. She literally begs me to come hang out and whines when I don't. Then she gets butt-hurt when I tell her she needs to knock it off. And she's one of those who will turn it around and play the victim card.
It doesn't help that she waited until I was in an emotinally vulnerable state and intoxicated to make her move. Yes, I went along with it, then a few days later I told her it wasn't gonna happen again and she tried to play victim and say I took advantage of her. She took that back pretty quick after I screamed at her for doing that. I was not about to get sucked into a "me too" situation.

TLDR she simply won't back off and keeps trying to wiggle her way back out of the friendzone. She denies it of course and short of turning into a total asshole I can't get her to stop.
