If you are in a relationship for 15 years and you and your woman are fighting and she tells you she is very hurt from the way you have been treating her and she walks away crying and instead of talking to her you fall asleep what does that mean?

That means that his relationship does not have the priority it deserves and that he prefers to procrastinate, to delay any confrontation in the hope that she will forget everything.

Fortunately, you don't forget and the fact that he does not give the necessary importance to try to reconciliate only indicates that he knows that he is at fault and is seeking a time out in order to avoid to have to argue about his behavior.

That is of course not how relations should work because if you care about someone, you make sure that the problem is cleared before falling asleep. That is the behavior of a toxic person that knows that he is wrong but still hope that the partner will forget and that the relation will resume as if nothing ever happened.

Don't let lose and get on his case if need be until he finds the time to solve the issue.
