Well, in 40 years, I will be safely dead, so it won't matter to me.

If I was young 40 years from now (so, in other words, not even born yet), would I buy such a doll? Probably not. Doll really wouldn't even be the right word by then... More like robot.

However, no one will be able to marry a doll.

Personally I don't really like them. I think they are creepy. I would much prefer real company. That said, while dolls do not appeal to me I've read before that a fair amount of people who are disabled tend to have something like them nowadays as either company or as a sex tool (as a way to combat loneliness). My understanding is no VR personality is ever going to replicate or understand what a real person is like, what real company or love or family is like. It would simply be better to just go out and try and meet people and socialise like normal.
