It’s not necessarily the butterflies, but it’s wanting the best for them, prioritizing them, and the commitment that comes with maintaining those feelings. It’s something you feel in your head, as well as your heart. If that makes sense. Most people confuse love and infatuation, there’s definitely a difference though

Love is a very strong emotion. I’ve liked someone a lot but not yet fallen in love with them. As cray as it may sound tho, I know it’s love when I feel like I could really hate them. That’s when I know they are so exposed to my heart that I can feel both extremes.

Love isn't an easy thing, I think it can only happen under special circumstances. In the 21st century, it's probably close to impossible.
