Any thoughts on this?

The guy I met a couple months ago made it seem like he liked me but later started to ignore me sometimes and started to just make me feel like I was begging him to help me with my car he’s a mechanic and knew I needed him to paint my car. I also offered to pay even though we was messing around I still offered and he still would say he’s going to do it but never did it. I finally found someone to do it and he had the nerves to ask to see it when I told Facebook I did it. So I showed him it he didn’t say nothing. But let’s just say this guy used to make me feel like I was begging to see him and etc. He would have more time for sex with me not even sometimes he would say we will and go missing and don’t sometimes. Now I have someone I’m talking to and I noticed Everytime I post he’s the first to look at my stories he wrote me I said I have a boyfriend now he ignored me. Than came back again and said “ Bae I have whip cream when are you coming to see me “ after I told him yesterday I was taken so I told him again and he said whatever. He still keep watching all my stories. You think he’s hurt or? And not only that I asked him to fix my radio he would say he will and never did and I’ll even try making plans he used to still not keep his promises.
Any thoughts on this?
