Guys, if you describe a woman's voice as warm what does that mean per se?

My SO has a very nice voice, which is a good thing because she never stops talking!

On the other hand, one of my friend's wife has a voice so annoying that the rest of us call her "Squeaky." I swear that woman's voice is like fingernails on a blackboard.
