Girls what does it mean when you are Hot and cold to a guy?

Basically , you are sweet and loving and sincere to a guy and then all of a sudden you are distant and cold to him like a few days later? I have experienced this with girls to the point I don’t understand it? How do you go about telling a guy you are head over heels for him and want to be in his arms and he is the best thing that ever happened to you then you tell him to get away from you don’t touch me I am not in the mood etc.. I always wonder what the fuck I did wrong to realize I didn’t do anything wrong , Why do girls do this shit?

It could either mean they don't actually like you in most cases, they have some sort of trauma that they are dealing with, or you've done something prior to them becoming cold. I wouldn't rack your brain trying to figure out if you did something wrong though. If it isn't obvious, chances are it wasn't you that did anything at all. Some women are simply emotional wrecks, and sometimes play hot and cold to see if they can use their emotions to manipulate you. Don't fall for it.
