I think your question means, if love is universal, why should it matter if I choose a man or woman to marry?
There are many types of love. You have a love for family, your parents, boyfriends or girlfriends and so on. And of course family love does not equate the kind of love you can have for a boyfriend or girlfriend.
That said, I can only marry a man because I am attracted to only men. I can say a woman is beautiful, but that doesn’t mean I am attracted to her. That’s just me. Others can marry either gender if they are pan sexual or binary.
Well, i’m not into men. So it would definitely matter if i had to marry one. I am into women, but i still wouldn’t marry one. Marriage is a losing bet for men.
Maybe you’re getting at the gay marriage debate? I don’t even understand how this is a debate. Love is love. If that’s not enough, the 14th amendment guarantees equal protection under the law for all citizens. In as much as marriage is a legal contract recognized and enforced by law, it’s unconstitutional to permit one person to marry, but not permit another person for any reason or no reason at all. It really is that simple.
Actually, I mean marriage for ALL people. Like why are parents giving ultimatums because their child doesn't want to marry the woman or man they chose for him or her? It should be the child's decision, but they always have to play the "money card" when it comes to marriage. I noticed with a lot of marriages, the father of the bride would say something like, " The family requests monetary gifts only, please". This I don't understand-- Why should money be an ingredient for love? It makes absolutely no sense!
Nothing will ever be equal. Everyone has preferences. It's not about right or wrong, but what works for the individual. If that wasn't true, restaurants wouldn't need menus, as they'd just serve the same thing to everyone. Baskin Robbins wouldn't be called 31 Flavors... they'd be called "The right flavor." Without boundaries would imply you'd just be assigned a partner, and you wouldn't feel a need to have a choice. Can you honestly say you'd have no problem being intimate with anyone in the world?
You would have to be a naive retard if you think love has no boundaries. Cultural, language, education, lifestyle habits, even age can impede on the success of a relationship or marriage. A couple needs to be compatible in many different ways in order to have a happy long lasting compatible relationship. Couples with more similarities than differences tend to have more successful relationships and marriages. People tend to marry those who are similar to themselves.

We hardly understand what love really is, much less its limits. There's the common form of love, which is to say you'd sacrifice quite a bit to be with them, but romantic love seems to have more elements than that.
But it's not just attraction, is it? For many centuries and across many cultures, (even in cultures that are accepting of homosexuality) it is a given that Love and Sexual Attraction were two separate things. Even the Greeks, infamous for their homosexuality, had "love between the sexes" as the primary form of Eros.
But... what's the reasoning here? Personally, I think it's beyond our current scope, certainly past the reaches of science.
Love is love regardless of sexual orientation.
I don't see why people can't accept that two men and two women can love each other.
People say it's wrong and all this other rubbish but why is it wrong?
Would you rather a man marry a women so both could be miserable and maybe commiting suicide, it has nothing to do with anyone who loves who.
The feeling might have no boundaries on its own, but when we apply cultural values to them, heterosexual love will be seen as the way to go. That and most people have biology wired that way from birth. Culture comes from what is good for society as a whole not what good for the individual. Heterosexual relationship leads to families and kids, which is good an therefore encouraged. Same sex does not. So it's discouraged.
Men and women compliment each other in many ways, psychologically physically emotionally etc. they curb the other gender’s worst excesses and amplify strengths. I’m not saying people don’t have free will and their choice of partner, I’m just saying that as a two parent species we evolved to require both for perpetuation as well as maximum happiness.
Yeah love should be equal. But there still should be rules like no pedo shit….
Because society has expected standards. And when you go against them society reminds you by ostricizing you if need be. Whether this should or shouldn't be is kind of irrelevant. Because whether it should or shouldn't be the reality is, it is.
P. S. There's no malice or judgement in this post. Just answering your question.
I'm not sure what you're asking. If you mean gay people should be allowed to get married, absolutely. If you mean it shouldn't matter what sex you're married to, well that's just stupid
If you're talking about gay marriage, I don't care, marry who you want. If you're talking inbreeding like that cousin fucker Giuliani, then no, that should stay illegal.
no i do not believe that "love should have no boundaries". that's just some absolutely retarded buzzfeed like quote.
In so far as you can decide for yourself who you want to share your life and love with, yes.
Sorry but I don’t condone your rainbow flag waving sodomite world. In fact it kinda disgusts me.
🤷♂️
Yesh, there actually are more than 5 normal people left.
Listen LOVE is between a man and a woman
not 2 men and 2 women
2 men and 2 women= disgusting 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Thats what im wondering sometimes. With how many little tards running around saying "im bi im pan" go get in a same sex relationship and stay in it
Each gender loves differently
No boundaries = chaos
Sex not love
