Anything else isn't love. That's why once the condition you were "loved" for is gone, you get the boot. Ofc the reason people call this love is because they initially love each other but then the love gets tainted and they lose it BECAUSE of the conditions they attach to their love. In this way, CONDITION is the actual killer of love.

If it means being a successful individual for the person to stay with you or else they will leave if you have no goals nor motivations then nope. They're still applying conditions.

The only thing closest to unconditional love is the love between a parent and his/her child.

I think it is both. There is unconditional love where you love them as a person no matter what. Then there is conditional love which leads to sex and relationships. If they are cruel, they can destroy your conditional love where you don’t want to have sex or be with them. But, the unconditional part remains.

It shouldn't be, maybe unless you're a parent.
But otherwise no.
If you're with an abusive spouse, it shouldn't be unconditional love, that will make you end up being in a dangerous and unhealthy situation.

Oh yeah, unconditional love to yourself, it's the most important relationship you have.

No because I've been in love and then seen someone else at first sight and instantly I completely forgot about anyone but that woman. I feel like I'll remember her and her brif convo's for the rest of my life hahahaha

In the strictist sense no. If someone loves you and you become abusive or a criminal or a bad person then the person who loves you will often decide they don't love you anymore.

If you break up with someone you used to love you usually fall out of love eventually.

However in the conventional sense, yeah it can very well be unconditional.

Nope. I think anyone that thinks it is must be delusional. "Unconditional" would mean no matter how much they cheat, lie, mistreat them, they would still love them. That is ridiculous.

No... there is always some subconscious condition we put on a relationship.  Some are minor which give the appearance of love being unconditional
