It can happen both ways with a girl and her boyfriend and him being sweet and lovely and romantic to being lazy or romantic as much or hanging out with mates than with her.

Women can be the same or more strict in a relationship or want to be more serious and commited or expect more to be done.

There's a saying to some extent "if you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best."

I guess it comes down too how much you want to be with that person and want to work at it from the worst side aswell as the best.

Feel the same bro. I actually deeply want someone who loves me, I can cuddle with and travel the world with but thats science fiction to me. I get quickly taken back to reality when hearing friends bad experiences with somen and dating experts counting down all the things you have to watch out for and how hard it is and how toxic/entitled most nowadays women are. And lets not forget the feminist society nowadays: men are in a big disadvantage in dating, women get away with stuff way easier, men have to provide, men are not allowed to show feelings.

To the point I feel I dont want a committed relationship. The thought of the horrors just scare me sometimes.
