No. I was talking to a younger neighbor the other night. He was the type to go off on long rants to questions, but not listen to little bits shared in between, as normal conversations tend to go. He was looking all around. Making faces as if he was going to loose his next train of thought. It was a bit amusing. Eventually I just gave up and asked questions, only listening to his replies. He was more than happy to give them. After five min it was old. Ten and I was ready to go. Date that? Hard no.

Depends. Are they trying to pay attention? ADHD does make concentration really hard for some people, speaking as someone who has it. Even if I try to focus on what someone is saying, I get distracted by a one part of what they're saying and go down a rabbit trail that makes me miss half of the conversation.

For me, if my potential partner isn't interested in anything I have to say, is always cold and distanced without even making an effort to give me a chance or just doesn't listen and/or pay attention to anything important or otherwise I have to say, then that's a massive red flag for me and she can hit the road.

Thinking your partner isn't worth the time of day or never paying attention to anything they say or do is just plain rude and disrespectful.

If the girl isn’t paying attention Then I can just manipulate her into paying attention. It’s not hard to piss someone off.
All you gotta do is Get a bag of balloons and fill it with Ice cold water and throw it at the girl.
She will pay attention but I would be Worried if Throwing a Ice cold Filled water balloon does nothing no anger no Reaction like throwing a balloon at her and No reaction would make it look like she isn’t even there.
