He's making money from it? If you didn't even know about it, I'm guessing you only found out by him showing you or by your inquisition. How should you react? I would ask how it affects you if it even does at all... I mean 3 years and you didn't notice, so where did it hurt you then compared to now?

If he's trying to meet them then this is obvious. He's obviously not trying to meet them to have more friends. If they met in a webcam they will obviously have sexual feeling for each other. First, the fact that he didn't tell you is a slight hint, but it could be because he is scared of how you will react and maybe it is a reliable source of income. However, the fact that he is trying to meet with them without you knowing means this is cheating for sure.
