I broke 3 week no contact after being blocked by ex girlfriend. What should I do?

After being blocked for 3 weeks I randomly texted something stupid thinking I would still be blocked, “I miss your feet in my mouth” 🤦🏾‍♂️ but the message delivered.. then responded again with “💀yo..” I know she saw it cause she hopped on twitter and said some indirect things. Not sure if they were about e but sure they were. What should I do now?
