Okay a little back story: this always occurs when I’m not in his sight. I already feel the need to give the most detailed description of where I am, why I’m there and who I’m with etc. Whenever he doesn’t get an update of my every move I go through hell with him accusing me of all sorts of things

I would love not having to do it, but this results in a silent treatment or rude messages. Probably the next day it would be like nothing happened, but I still sit with that feeling of the day before AND with the knowledge it will probably happen again

It is not fair. You probably have a good heart and do not require such Supervision. It is unfortunate. Those who do conservative in their thinking and doing can't be trusted to men today. One who Rules... him/her Self is not real in these times.

Definitely! But what should I do, like leave or talk to him about it? Do you think he might change? Because this has been going on for exactly one year now and when I tell him how I feel about it, he tells me that it will get better and trust should be built. Is this something I should wait for?
