Why does he always accuse me of lying?

I've literally just met this guy. He approached me and told me he found me attractive and wanted to get to know me. But it seems like almost every time I say something he accuses me of lying and I find it very annoying tbh. He asked me if I wanted to go to his friend's house with them after our night out and I said no because I'm looking after my friend, and he said "you're lying." Like what, he barely knows me and he always says I'm lying. He has accused me of lying multiple times now. Why is he like this?
