Is there to much for him to still need to learn for his age?

I’m 23 my boyfriend is 29 so times I just find myself Burt out from his lack of time management skills, lack of financial literacy / being able to manage his money properly so he doesn’t ask me to spot him every month, inability to create boundaries or verbalize himself, he just thinks I should know how he feels or what I’ve done wrong when a issue comes up, reacts instead of thinks about what I’m saying and reconsider his views on whatever it is we are discussing, is addicted to his phone. Sometimes I feel like our ages are reversed. I’ve tried to talk with him about this and it just isn’t something he thinks is a priority for him to work on. I love him and he has his good qualities but it’s just so frustrating and I don’t really know how long I can keep doing this, I was just curious if these are common problems to have as a man in your late 20s/early 30s and is it Lilly that my help is further enabling him? Any advice?
