What do I do? I'm scared of entering a relationship?

Take your time, don't stress. Get in a relationship when you feel ready. I don't recommand pushing yourself. It'll make you too uncomfortable and not ready. As soon as you feel like you're ready, then go for it :D

And before getting into a relationship, let your partner know about you and around. Open up, and tell more about yourself, as you said; Unhealthy habbits and used to be alone. Open up for them and they have to accept and respect you for it. If not, then they aren't the right one.

Remember, sometimes, put yourself before others :)

Seek therapy, first of all, then build your life into one you like.

You'll attract people with similar likes and interests by living your life authentically. Then, you can take your time finding someone you can trust.

But seriously, therapy will help you with all of that. Find one you like, who listens to you, and whom you click with (and who doesn't treat you like just a source of income - their goal should be getting you out of their office).
