Slightly younger male coworker has become my pal (relunctantly on my end, he just wouldn't give up) and now I actualy like him a bit and he makes me smile but he also has a magnet from his eyes to my chest… Why is that? Is that a bad sign? Now to be clear i have noticed other men stare or glance at my boobs but i guess its different with my guy pal cause well im closer to him (we only talk at work but I don't know like i said i like him a bit lol, he always smiles around me too... So maybe he feels th same?)

So far looking at boobs doesn't mean anything, it doesn't mean he wants a relationship or that is romantically attracted to you. Most likely it just means: he likes boobs. And when good boobs come across, he looks at them. Maybe seeing you often could make him think about sexual scenarios, in order to get those boobs, but still, physical fantasies (or even an actual sexual encounter) don't mean automatically that he gets also romantically attracted to you. This is what women usually do, but men have these areas more separated instead. So before crushing on him or getting the wrong signals, wait for signs of actual interest in you as a person (your content, your life, being attentive to what you do and say, complimenting things that aren't physical, etc).
