Mislead don't know what to do?

Certain things were agreed on and now he is just not considering those things, this is my second marriage and I can't have two failed marriages. What should I do?

First of all... Get rid of the toughts that your second marriage has to succeed by all means. Love is never guaranteed and that applies also to marriages!

If you guys are on the same page and stay this way... then it's good and has a chance of succeeding.

If you guys aren't on the same page but can find common grounds togehter, like meeting in the middle... it might also have a chance of succeeding

If you guys can't agree in meeting in the middle and therefore aren't on the same page together what seems to be the problem you face right now...

then my advice to you is to really be honest with yourself and think about what is important to you in your marriage and what isn't and make a descision wether you can live with the fact that he mislead you or not!

If you can't accept or live with that fact then just consider divorce because it's not going to help you if you stay in your second marriage unhappy because you feel that a third marriage isn't acceptable. Better to be in a third marriage amd happy then stay in a second marriage unhappy 🤷🏼‍♂️
