The person who cheats is entirely to blame. If there is a problem, discuss it with your partner and try to fix it. If your partner refuses, then end the relationship. THEN go find a new partner. It's simple.

Once you start using your partner's behavior as your excuse for cheating, then you will find a reason whenever it is convenient.
