What should we do if someone is not arguing helathy?

They argue but they dont want to understand , they just want to win. What should we do in such matter

There is no such thing as healthy arguing. You can communicate or you can argue, but both can't be done together. Arguing is doing all in your power to get the other person to stop trying to hurt you, and people will say or do whatever is necessary to accomplish that task. Communication is necessary for understanding. No one has ever won an argument, and no one ever will. It will never lead to positive results.

I wish people took the time to learn effective communication skills rather than just be a reaction to whatever they observe around them. The basic skills are easy to learn and lead to smoother, safer, deeper and more productive interactions. Though people often say they already know how to communicate, they admit having been shocked by how little they knew before... after learning effective communication skills. They always question the reasons schools don't prioritize teaching these basics.

That is what irritates me too.. and the moment they won't have answer for somwthing theyd attack on something else like this isn't bout giving answers but to accept n understamd n make u understand... that is immature... the best id say is let it be for a little while n then talk bout it n already let them know that see things this way n have some acceptance n dont run off topic to only "give answer"
