Anyone else feel like a having boyfriend would take away their shine?

I’ve never had a boyfriend and for a long time I felt bad about it until I realized it would take away from my artistic integrity and young woman caught up in her fantasies and art thing I have going on yk I always wonder if other people feel like getting a boyfriend or getting into a relationship would take away from fun of being free and an unattainable object of other peoples affections. I went from obsessing over a boyfriend to avoiding the thought as much as possible overnight just because I feel I’d be an awful partner and as if I’d hate the person for stripping myself away from me (or at least that’s what it feels like whenever I get close to dating) does anyone else feel similarly?

So from reading this, as painful as it was to read, you would be a selfish partner. The truth of it is your not mature enough for a serious relationship. A relationship can be an amazing thing, but you can't half ass it. It's all or nothing and it has to be that way from both parties. Otherwise sooner or later it falls apart.

I get bored of being single to be honest, I also get bored of my guy friends and partying with them. I'm the type that thrives in a relationship and enjoys living with a woman.

We don't even keep much stuff separate, relationships are all about sharing and learning together

Not really, but tbh we've been dating for 3 months which I know isn't long. But ig I'll wait and see
