I said this to my girlfriend. Am I wrong or is she over reacting?

We're neighbours and close family friends. They're not aware of our relationship. Today morning her father told me "we're going to buy lunch takeaway and will buy for you too" I said okay. My intention was not to have restaurant food, but to have lunch with her. Also our families sometimes share food.

They bought a family pack for them and a separate packet for me (to eat from my own house).

Last month, her family asked me to drop them at railway station and I waited till the train arrive. But her mother asked her in a frustrated way "Why is he still standing here.." later she told me that.

I recalled that incident and told her today "I said yes because I thought we could have lunch together.. but regret that now.. I was waiting for you guys to have lunch.. your family might have asked something like they did from railway stn, right? "

She said I'm always criticizing her family and is not replying for my texts now. Is it my mistake or her?
