If you caught your partner doing drugs secretively, how'd you react?

This isn't quite on topic but related.

One year ago, I told my wife that I was going to get some weed to help with physical pain and for a bit of fun.

She was cool with it.

Unfortunately, it freaked me out really, really bad. The weed of today is not that of the '60s and '70s.

When I approached her for comfort and reassurance, she freaked out almost as bad as I was, which further freaked me out.

I ended up coming here to G@G to seek the reassurance of a few friends I have here. Thank goodness they were online.

I'd be more bothered they kept is a secret than them taking whatever. Welp what drugs are we talking about? If weed I'll be like where is mine?
If we are talking cocaine welp ain't probably touching that.
And then to these drugs is said person addicted and wants to stop or just doing them for fun?

Because if they want to stop, I'll help them get off them. If they don't that's their choice. Longs if it don't effect me I ain't gonna hold their choice over them.

I will burn his car, cut holes in all of his clothes, litter the house with garbage and leave him in the house that feels like a slum-street situation. Also, I would call the local priest and leave him in the house alone to surprise my partner when he comes to the slum street. The priest will escort him to an isolated monastery, far away from any source of drugs.

I would talk with her and try to understand why she is using drugs, then try to help her stop.

I can't even conceptualize an alternative. We've had a stillbirth, another child that we were told would have genetic abnormalities, surgeries, and all sorts of other crazy stuff. We're better and stronger together.
