It's normal if he views you as compatible for more than sex. Some women are so annoying when they talk and their behavior does nothing for me so that makes them good for only one thing. Which is probably something you were expecting.

Ask him what's the purpose of him dating you. Is it marriage? If so, see if he proposes. You've done it with him already I presume or you've given it easier to other guys.
