I refused to recharge her mobile data. She got upset. What do you think?

I work and she's a college student. Unlike western countries, student here cannot study and work together. Her internet package is 1GB per day. Mobile phone usage has time limit in her hostel so mostly 1GB is enough.

But during weekends she get mobile all day, so many times I've recharged her with extra datas. Yesterday recharged her extra 3GB and today she asked me to do it again.

I felt like she's using it without limit because money is not going from her hand. So to teach her the value I asked to recharge from her own account (parents money). She got upset and angry.

What do you think about this? Who's right?
