mine is co-worker situation.
I went to 2nd date with her which went south (She brought up all her ex stories and treat me like her therapist, and blew me off hard when I ask her out for 3rd date)
After that time I act indifferent toward her just to be her co-worker and respect her decision. then she act very rude to me for no reason. So I have to save my mental well-being first and do not talk with her.
Then a month later, I'll have to lead this team. she still act rude toward me plus stonewall me even though I don't try to hit on her anymore.
do you guys have any tips or action to suggest I think best answer is to walk away but it is in workplace.
I wish I just could go back in time and didn't ask her out.

Man, have you ever dated? If not, you should tell me. You miserably Failed the Test. Her dumping her Ex history on you was a Test. If you can't handle that little bit of controversy then she knows that she can eat you for lunch at work.
She lashed out at you and said rude things to you because you have no backbone. As punishment, she will do what she can to make your life difficult.-It's not like you have the backbone or savvy enough to do anything about it.

Your indifference may come off colder than you realize it is and she’s feeling put out by it. Like you said, it’s too bad you can’t go back in time and never ask her out in the first place. All I can suggest is to let some time pass, she will get over it eventually.
