Should I say something to her?

So my old friend's other friend recently messaged my fiance saying he's cute and is he single. He showed me the message and asked if I knew her and I do. We all went to highschool together. I'm no lomgery friends with my old friend (personal reasons) but the old friend knows who I'm in a relationship with and her and the one who hit my fiance up seem pretty close so I'm quite sure she said something to her about my relationship. So we saw her Facebook and saw her all loved up with some other dude, so she already has a boyfriend. Mine thinks it was suspicious of her reaching out to him and I think so too. Should I say something or leave it alone?
