Is it normal to have frequent dreams about your loved one?

Since me and my partner had a couple arguments and then after the arguments I've been having reoccurring dreams about her some good some bad. I think its nice that she's in my dreams a lot but im suprized over how frequent they are its almost every night now without fail. How do dreams work?

Dreaming is like your brain organizing, or your computer defragmenting. That's why dreams can seem so random.

You brain is probably trying to analyze, destress, and decompress while you're asleep. My husband said when I dreamed about my ex's I stopped talking and thinking about them as much, because my brain shoved it out while I was asleep.

Did you resolve your issue with her, or are you still arguing?

My boyfriend is never in mine. Never ever haha. Not sure if anything should be taken from that but it seems like they ought to be

weird dreams are usually just a result of anxiety or or stress. Sometimes your mind plays out your worse fears or most intense fantasies while unconscious.

Our brains don’t sleep. They are always running. If there was anything to dreams I believe we would remember more of them.
