Of course, if they aren't loyal to begin with and see something they wish to do they would just go for it. Not everyone is a loyal type, for us its hard to imagine. But remove the idea of feeling guilty for cheating because you don't take that person seriously. Then you could do it as casually as you want and it would not matter to you. Its something people do who in my opinion lack the morals or loyalty to their partner. Its something I'd never ever do. But I can totally see why people who just use others for sex would do it without a single care.

No lots of things people do have no reason behind them, reason and cause are not synonyms, reason implies thinking clearly was part of the process. Whereas cheating has zero benefit, and only serves to piss off both of the people instead of leaving one for the other out of compatibility needs.

Dictionaries change definitions of words very frequently, my argument is that they shouldn't.

For example: If you research the definition of gender in today's dictionaries, it is very different to what was written in 1990s dictionaries.

The meanings of words should be its original, singular meaning, the secondary, third, etc, meanings are the result of enough people using the word improperly. Sometimes even the singular meanings get changed because of this.
