I think she means be more focused on getting educated before getting laid. But since your already educated then get a good job for security and a place to live for you both. Then if you love each other and its meant to be you should have no problems with having to wait. It will be worth the wait
Can you both meet at your house? You should both find a way to sneak into each other's houses if you both still live with your parents. Or just book a hotel room once in a while.

Use store changing room for that, try some clothes and call your boyfriend in there to ask him how you look like and lock the door and do whatever you want...

That’s how it is when young and don’t have a place yet, I used to sneak around, in the car or get a motel room sometimes
You should take it, bring some ky jelly cuz you will probably be sore
Can you do it somewhere else? Or go over and have sex when no one else is home?
You can always rent a cheap hotel or discover the secret spots in your town
You need to focus on keeping your legs closed and getting and education.
