What are the best ways to find out if your wife is cheating and catch them?

I have not had this situation but if I am suspicious of anybody about anything, my main method is that I ask them to tell me details about what they did and I pay close attention I do not confront them or look upset or argue. Then later I ask them similar questions to see if the details match. In other words I make them retell their story to see if they trip up. What is making you suspicious? You could also ask or complain about whatever it is (for example if she stays late at work or does a lot of stuff after work with coworkers) without accusing her of anything else and see how she responds. Well, some are easier than others. How is she treating you? Do you notice any different behaviors? Has she changed her style? Does she spend more time on her phone? Is she hiding her phone and or being sneaky?

Those are usually some really good ones.

Also, if she's going out, smells differently, etc...
