Should I call? * long story?

So my boyfriend and I were both mad at each other. I ended up posting that I was out and turned off my location. Something he’s asked me not to do. But in the moment I was mad I woke up to being blocked. He normally does this when he’s upset and I’m normally the one that calls and we work it out. this time I didn’t call and I was unblocked by the night at least on Instagram. I still haven’t called and this happened on Sunday. but yet he still hasn’t called I don’t like always being the one that calls. And I wanted him to call. but he has it he’s very prideful. I’ve seen a lot of dating coach you say to never call your ex. wait until they miss you or they won’t value you. but I’m not even sure we’re broken up. I honestly don’t know what he’s thinking, but I feel like he’s just waiting for me to call. but I don’t want to give in like always, since he’s the one that started this. I want him to learn how to communicate instead of blocking me. Is he not calling because he doesn’t miss me? or he doesn’t care?
What should I do? Please help.
