Probably my family.
I've had depression and anxiety for many years and whenever I break down crying because things are getting too much or I physically and mentally have no energy to do anything family always put it down to me "having an attitude"
Few months ago I had a full on breakdown and blatenly told my family I was depressed and have anxiety and needed help and they just said "grow up" and a cousin told me "you need to just get over yourself and stop thinking about only yourself"
Took me along time to admit I have depression and anxiety and was the hardest thing to admit and ask for help, but after my family telling me to get over myself and to grow up. I haven't bothered to ask them for help since and have gone back to trying to deal with it myself whilst ignoring their comments about my "moody attitude"
Brave :D
