How do people know if their Hispanic significant other is kissing others because it's cultural or if it's romantic?

Like today when Argentina won the world cup Lionel Messi was kissing all these chicks on the cheek. I'm guessing mostly family and friends but if I was the wife I'd be kinda on edge. I'm not used to the culture though

Ohh really? Which cultures? I'm genuinely curious. I live in New York so I've seen a lot of different cultures but maybe it's just different in NY because it's unlike everywhere else.

it is mostly Europeans that will go with a lot of kissing... in many European countries they do kiss each other on the cheek three times, others like Italy will just do it two times... and in some countries they even kiss your hand

then you also have some Arab cultures, that will go with the double cheek kiss

and I hear that in some places for Australia or South Africa they do kiss each other on the lips, very briefly though and not sure how common it is

and then you have the Hispanic or Latin American countries... if we do it, is probably because of that European influence but the usual is to do it just once
