Hi I would like some relationship advice?

So i have been with this guy for almost four years and during the relationship he has been treating me like a idiot i have never recieved a birthday gift that is "special" he lies about the smallest things etc going out with friends and stupid things like this and when i catch him out he begs and appologises these past months i really try to break up with him because i can see that he doesn't treat me how i should be treated but i always end up back into this rs how can i get over him what can i do in this situation?
