Why would a guy tell you something is none of your business?

If we are living together n have baby shouldn’t I be able to know about his domestic relations case with his ex that he don’t even know is his kid. No paternity established

I can understand his saying it is none of your business, if you're applying pressure and expecting him to do things your way. By pushing our agenda onto others, it's just our way of telling them they're too stupid to think for themselves, and this will always put people on the defensive.

If you are a supportive, caring, considerate partner, then question your choice to be with him, as he's showing his true colors and what you can expect from him in the future. If he truly doesn't care how his choices impact others, he'll be treating you this way and teaching your child this is acceptable behavior.

There are not enough circumstances given here for a more definite answer. Often, when someone says, MYOB, then it demonstrates a lack of bonding whether it be emotional or a general trusting of the other person.

At the very least it reveals how he deals with situational encounters. He tends to shut things down and control the other person through information sharing. There is obvious insecurity and a probable overall inability to communicate.

He probably just wants to hurry and handle it without interference. If he needed some sort of advice or affirmation, I guess he could bring it up to you, or see that as a possibility.

Guys don’t like drama as a default. If you think he’s a cheating type- I would’ve hoped you understood and figured that out long ago.

If it’s for your own peace of mind ONLY. Verbalize that to him, in which you want to be kept updated with the account he has with the ex and the corresponding requirements handed to him legally.

@Sparkie460 I appreciate you saying that. I relate as well. So many times, a good handful of guys (I usually just notice theirs), will answer a certain question, and in better shape/ format than I could come up with. I don’t even get mad, I just love to see when others get it.

Yeah this does make sense. Seems he’s hiding something and you ain’t married so it’s possible he’s using you for sex and hiding things. Possibly relations with other women.
