It feels that way several times. Or whenever a woman is really at the worst time of her life, all he thinks about is getting her comfortable, fake being nice to her so he can have sex, that's all he's after.

Meanwhile most women want a family but ''oh no, mentioning about kids will freak him out, make him run out the door, he can't handle that conversation'. So we have that same reaction towards him just thinking about just sex, just talking about sexual topics, her looks and nothing else. We want to go running out the door fast afterwards.

With the except of decent people off course (not everyone is trashy) it's like there will rarely be a time where some genders truly help (genuinely because it's a person in need) and understand each other. A man only helping a depressed woman just to start seducing her fast isn't genuine. Do you feel that way about the genders.

No, I don't feel that way about the genders. Because I have met enough people to know that we are more similar than dissimilar, and many times we are actually aligned, and want the same things. I've met many good men. I treat them with respect, and curiosity, and they do the same with me.

I'd posit that if you haven't yet experienced that, then you haven't met enough men. Truly mature, decent men. They're out there. They're often looked over. They're quiet. But listening, speaking honestly, from your heart, you will eventually cross paths with them. You have to look beyond the superficial, and don't behave in ways that allow them to treat you as your external shell. Talk with them about deep, not shallow or superficial things. Set the tone. Elevate the conversation, right from the start.

To your point, though, it was harder when I was in my early twenties. They're not very serious then, are commitmentphobes, and very concerned about giving up their newfound freedom. They leave their parents' house, and don't want some other female "controlling" their actions. What do you do about this? Date older. Or find the ones who have matured quicker, and have their shit together. Late twenties, that often starts to happen.

Some men will jump on this topic and say to you (blame you) for "not picking the right men." That's many of their go-to responses. They blame females, rather than acknowledge the poor behaviour or character of their peers. (This happens with younger males, again, more. The older men tend to be more empathetic and give genuine, heartfelt advise here.) There is some truth to it, however, in that some females do pick 'the bad boy', the guy who looks good but can't really hold a conversation, or a door open for others, for that matter. Both people have a responsibility, in what they contribute to relationships, and to the choices they make.

To answer your question, no. Men will never fully understand women and women will never fully understand men.

Hence why Men are from Mars and we're from Venus is still valid. Eventually both have to come to an agreement where both commitment (kids includes afterwards) and sex happens, the man gets his needs and is happy but the woman also gets her needs and is happy. The ideal result would be both being happy.

I believe there is much more to the subject of male and female mentality than just that.

It's about both complementing each other, similar to needing a fork and knife for your steak. While can might be able to just the fork or knife and then your hands to cut it, it's not the same as using both.
