Was she hinting that she meant this romantically?

This girl did some stuff. We worked together and we’re friends at first. Once I wasn’t speaking to her at work and she found me and asked what’s wrong and why I wasn’t talking to her and that I didn’t seem like myself. She asked me twice. She was kinda in charge and later would tell on me for being on the phone with my boyfriend even when it was allowed and told me to hangup.
Later she tried to make it up to me by being rlly nice. I think she tried to make me jealous too because once she put her phone out directly in front of me with her texts up for me to see. Also on her last day she grabbed me and hugged me in the pic she wanted to take ( she didn’t hug anyone else ). Also before she was gonna leave we were joking and I called her annoying for singing and she said she was gonna come over to my place and sing me to sleep until I fell asleep. She is a sexual person so I kinda took that a certain way lol. Once I was talking about a risky topic with my other manager and the girl overheard and came over and showed me a pic of something and said it was the same size as me. She’s tall lol. I asked if it was edible and she said “I know where you’re minds at”.
Plus when we were alone she was consoling me about this rude customer and I was about to cry because I was so upset and she said she wanted to hear both sides of the story and that she cared about me. I was typing something when she said this and I noticeably messed up and she laughed then we got interrupted.
She said it again like a week after when we we’re alone and I had to open some inventory and she was like “I’m giving you presents because I care about you” which was random.
I was on her page and saw some old texts from her ex a while back that showed him continuously saying he cared about her. Soo is it possible that when she said that to me she meant it romantically?
