Ok I think I know what you mean. So I would probably say 5 in my lifetime where I was emotionally attached but are no longer. I am no longer attached because time helps sever those emotions.

Every one of my dating/sexual relationshps from the past 38 years. I had a few meaningless casual encounters when I was younger but not since I was 30 years old. I have a few residual feelings for two of them - nostalgic sadness about what could have been but wasn't - but not enough feelings to call an attachment. Not at all.
