Does she hate me?

I broke up with my close friend and coworker, simply because i began developing very strong feelings for her but im married. I felt she had feelings for me too. So I honestly told her it was hurting to be friends, that i love her and want her to be happy, and i realized being in her life was causing problems for us both.

Well, she can't even see or talk to me at work. She relocated offices and runs away whenever I encounter her.

I am so sad to see someone i care about hurting like this. Did i do the right thing?
