What is the most you have suffered out of love and support for your spouse or SO?

For me, it was sitting with my husband at yesterday's Chiefs-Bengals game in 10 degree (F) weather facing a northwest wind. I have never been so cold in my life, and I was dressed for the occasion.

You have my condolences. You must be a brave woman. I flew back to Ohio, (god help me) and helped my girlfriend from college get her home ready to sell, did some work on it, and her huge yard, before she moved. Then went into debt for $75,000 to add a sun room on the house. She moved back, and I'm still playing for it.

Only time I was that cold was riding a chair lift up to Mount Baldy, for a pre-ski party. I WAS ALSO NEVER SO COLD

When I'm cold, I'm miserable. I live with a husband who likes to keep temp in the place about that of a walk-in meat locker, but I can add clothing so I can be warm inside and he can be comfortable. But yesterday evening we were seated behind the south end zone facing a northwest wind in 10 degree temps. Talk about frozen to the core!

I am the opposite. I am 'thin" compared to my peers (5'8 and 140 lbs) and I am 'COLD' in a 68 degree room. Lucky for me my gas bill is the same year 'round, and I set it up that way since here in CA it has been very cold and raining for about 2 months. I refuse to "dress for the outside" in our house.

I'm 4'10" and change and weigh 84 lbs so I get cold pretty easily.

Ya know, I watched the game, as I am from Ohio, not in CA, and honest to god, I don't know where the game was played? Kansas or Ohio. Shows you how much attention I pay to pro sports.

It was in Kansas City (Missouri side). I'm not a sports fan really, but my husband is a scream-at-the-tv kind of sports fan. I called him last Wednesday and told him I had tickets to the playoffs if he wanted to go. Talk about excited. Him, not me. I saw the weather forecast so I got out the arctic gear.

Myself. Not nearly as much. We uprooted and came to stay at my mothers home so I could care for her in her last years in a familiar environment. They have gone back for school and work, so my suffering has only been parting from them.

Lol probably also something cold-related, but nothing specific comes to mind. He did get me a heated jacket to help mitigate the cold, though, so it's never too bad.
