How does a good relationship feel?

I never had one and always see from the outside looking in.
It feels like all the positive emotions.
there will be laughter
calmness
rest
excitement
daring and thrilling emotions
Some heightened happiness from mutual understanding
curiosity
feelings of safety
so much safety you can do whatever and say whatever WITH another person as if it were yourself.
They don’t look to pick a fight with you.
All trust us there.
There’s consistency
and willing to ask questions to get answers and more understanding.
The questions don’t feel loaded or ambiguous.
Everything is as chill as you walking to the fridge to grab a snack.
No feelings of back stab, cozy, just being you.
Doing what you do best.
You just do it with another person, and that’s the part that’s just like-
“hey it’s really cool to have this.”
“it’s a nice change.”
a different pace 🤷♀️
no fear/ anger/ self consciousness will be there.
If there’s any sadness or confusion, it’s short-lived.
Thats what it’s like..
the activities will depend on you and your s/o
It feels like home. You know the feeling at the end of the day when you are ready to pack it in? It feels like that place you can always go to where you can be yourself, you can feel love and acceptance.
That's why we seek out good relationships.
A good relationship is super and it is a building up of two into one ☝️. One finds love, relative stability, and a strong sense of identification with this person.
