If you had the information that your higher ups were jealous of you.. What would you do if they harrass you at work?

Regular ocurrence. Some are righteous enough (not self-righteous) to know how to mutually benefit from it. Some try to neg me into giving it away to them for their benefit. Some get intimidated.

I have two more raises than they do, but dont tell them... Manager has lost their temper on me a few times. I double my efforts and keep to myself, prompting a later apology and respect for understanding the are human too and had a bad experience with something I wasn't aware of at the time. Work is like prison, best to stay amicable with your workmates, but I am from an unacceptable generation by todays standards.

No, the boss. I have multiple departments in my workplace.

How did you get the raise? Did you snitch?

I worked and I never ask for raises. When an employer asks me about one, I go eithbtheir suggestion and it is always better than my expectation. Working hard pays off.
