What if he is wondering the same? Ask him what he is thinking about this relationship and what his plans are. If he ghosts your message then that would be a clear end I would say, both because of the intentional lack of a signal and because afterall ghosting is really emotionally abusive so that should be also a big push for you to not allow such abuses and to break up. If he doesn't ghost that message, maybe you should propose to clarify stuff about the last argument you had, not just "forgiving" (because in fact it never solves any real problem but just lets them accumulate), but actually navigating it. In any case you don't go anywhere without communication and his cooperation and it's his responsibility too, to participate in the course of the relationship, so at some point you need a closure or a signal of some sort, or to know his plans. The only thing you can do alone by yourself is breaking up, all the rest needs his cooperation.

Yes, I would say the relationship was over at this point and would assert that it was over much earlier but the power of love and the rose colored glasses prevented her from seeing it.

I only say this because best friend had something similar occur and me and another bud mentioned it. Now, both of us are picking up the pieces. When a guy gives emotional the outcome of mistreatment is beyond devastating.

Yeah I’m actually devastated but the last time he saw me he was so rude. And usually he’s very nice to me. I guess I did something that turned him off. But he has a habit of texting me again just this time it seems like he’s lost all interest. But it’s weird the last time I saw him he kissed me hood bye and snuggled with me all night.
