Seems like he's just depressed. Maybe he's lost attraction to you or the spark is gone. A few things that could help improve his stamina is improving his diet and exercise. Encouraging him to do it as a couple would probably be best.

Maybe it just falls down to you not giving him enough attention sexually. Try to initiate things and help him get off first before he gets you off. Get some new sexy lingerie, try something different sexually (positions, toys, clothes, videos, public sex, etc.), or even encouraging him to use the toys on you instead of just using them by yourself. Multiple ex's of mine used to love using toys on me because they didn't have to put in as much effort but they still got off on watching me enjoy it.
