He’s a morning person so he always sleeps earlier than me, but i dont force him to stay up for/with me. When we’re hanging out he would force himself to be awake becaue he said he wants to even though i tell him he doesn't have to. I guess when he does it on the phone i feel hurt cos i assume im boring him or he feels forced to talk to me. Its one of my issues to be pessimistic, but maybe im wrong. I didn't say anything to him about it cos its embarrassing for me.

I guess when he sleeps on me on the phone**.. i would totally understand if he says good night and has to sleep. I guess I might’ve overreacted. Realizing that now.

That doesn't necessarily mean he's bored talking to you. It might just mean he likes talking to you so much that he does so until he falls asleep.

Perhaps you need to change up the time that you spend on the phone? There are many times when I am traveling for work and my husband and kids have to tell me good night because they're exhausted from the day. When that happens I realize that I'm in a different time zone and we try to change the time of day we talk. Think about all the factors involved and how you can fix the situation.

I don't think it's unreasonable, its completely normal to feel upset and to feel the way you do. I've done the same thing with my boyfriend, but we just laugh it off. But one thing that could help is if your boyfriend, like me, tells you that he's sleepy and might sleep off at any time. This is also reassuring for you so you don't feel like you're boring him. Please try to talk this out with him.

I don't get why you're angry it just mean that even when feeling extremely tired he continue to talk to you personally when I'm tired I just say goodnight and that's it. I don't force myself to talk until sleep forcefully take me

It’s selfish of you to behave this way, but maybe you have something else about the relationship that’s bothering you. Like if you aren’t getting much time, one or both of you are really busy or something like that. In which case you need to figure out what’s really bothering you because in this instance it’s wrong to be upset that he’s exhausted but still tried staying up and appeasing you.

I think it is unreasonable. If we are tired we can do that. It isn't an insult. Maybe find a different time of day. If he does physical work he might very much need rest.
